Bung Karno No. 88. Pagutan Barat., Kec. Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. 83127. West Nusa Tenggara Province. Internet usage at SMP Negeri 7 Mataram is currently very highly mobile, whether it is used for browsing information, downloading data, and using other internet facilities. There are several problems at the school, disturbances occur during the learning process in the Lab and outside the Lab because many users / users use internet access, both used by teachers, students, and TU staff because each user's internet connection needs are different. different, the lack of internet network support in the school for all computers in the Lab room, TU room and on the wireless network, besides that, problems often occur in the slow connectivity of the internet network in the school when students and teachers use the network simultaneously which causes excess bandwidth because there is no bandwidth to regulate the traffic usage of the network used by each user. For this reason, bandwidth management is needed to manage each outgoing data, so that the distribution of bandwidth is evenly distributed using the Queue Tree and PCQ methods applied to Mikrotik. The purpose of this study is to provide good Quality of Service for all internet users in a network by means of bandwidth management with Queue Tree and PCQ methods. The background of this research is because there is often an unequal distribution of bandwidth for each user in a network which results in one user being able to access the internet faster and other users accessing the internet more slowly disbanding other users. By applying the Peer Conncection Queue (PCQ) method using a Queue Tree, every user who accesses the internet will get an equal bandwidth allocation. The results showed that bandwidth management with PCQ and Queue Tree methods gave better results than without using PCQ because using PCQ all users who are members of one network get an equal bandwidth allocation between one another and users feel fair. Which means that the Quality of Service provided by the network provider is very good.} }
