Cloud storage such as seafile and pydio are part of open source cloud computting systems. Quality of Service (QoS) It has some parameters. Throughput and packet loss are two parameters used. This research is intended to find out the comparison of upload and download transfer speeds on each seafile and pydio server. Throughput and packet loss are parameters that are suitable for use in this study because Throughput is an effective data transfer rate in bps size, while packet loss is a parameter that shows the total number of packets lost due to collision or congestion that can result in retransmission and will reduce the overall network efficiency. This study conducted 5 upload trials each and 5 download trials for each seafile and pysio server. Trials using throughput and packet loss parameters for uploading and downloading processes resulted in a small file upload speed final data on a seafile server faster than a pydio server. The average upload speed of a seafile server is about 3.8 seconds, while a pydio server takes about 4 minutes 40 seconds. The results of the trial dodwnload small files on seafile servers are also faster than pydio servers with a time of 4.6 seconds, while pydio servers take 10 seconds.} }
