Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan skala psikologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala HSCL-25 dari Derogatis, Lipman, Rickets, Uhlenhuth dan Covi (1974) untuk mengukur distres psikologis dan SOC-13 dari Antonovsky (1987) untuk mengukur Sense of Coherence. Teknik non probability menggunakan purposive sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total 250 mahasiswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Kriteria partisipan dalam penelitian berdomisili di DKI Jakarta, Mahasiswa/i aktif dari Perguruan Tinggi yang terdaftar di DKI Jakarta, dan bertempat tinggal di kelurahan yang terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 sejumlah ? 17 kasus. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis pearson product-moment menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 26.00. Didapatkan taraf signifikansi sebesar p = 0,000 < ? (0,005), maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sense of coherence dengan distres psikologis pada mahasiswa yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19. Arah dari koefisien korelasi menunjukkan negatif (r = -0,496), sehingga kedua variabel berhubungan secara berlawanan arah. This study aimed to examine any correlations possible among sense of coherence and psychological distress in students affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. New problems arise with the limitations of dealing with change. Psychological effects such as feeling depressed on college students cause psychological distress. Protective factors are needed to strengthen and improve themselves to be productive and positive experiences, one of which is a sense of coherence. This research implements quantitative methods of psychological scale. This study uses the HSCL-25 scale to measure psychological distress and SOC-13 to measure the sense of coherence. Non-probability technique using purposive sampling is used as a sampling technique with a total of 250 college students as research participants. Criteria for participants are domiciled in DKI Jakarta, active college students from institutions that are registered in DKI Jakarta, and who stay in villages that have confirmed positive COVID-19 ? 17 cases. The results of the study are based on Pearson product-moment analysis using SPSS 26.00 version. Revealed a significance level of p = 0,000 < ? (0.005), that there is a significant relations between sense of coherence and psychological distress in college students affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The direction of the correlation coefficient shows negative (r = -0.496), in this case the two variables are related in opposite directions.
