The present study identifies English teacher?s approaches in teaching and the procedures of the approaches. The data collection method used in this research was interview and observation. The data collected were analyzed by using descriptive technique. Based on the analyses and finding, the writer concludes that teacher uses two major approaches in teaching English; communicative language teaching and task based language teaching approach. The procedures of approaches in teaching and learning processes are about techniques of teaching English. They are group discussion, role playing, and information gap.
