Retailing mix which is implemented by Ramayana Department Store are product (sear, household devices, and consumer goods), price (moderate pricing, that is by determined the percentage of targeted profit margin on proposed price by supplier and also by consider about the price ratio which is determined by compotitors), location (Sultan Thaha Street Jambi), promotion (advertising that is by advertising, catalog, poster, sales promotion, public through mercy activities like donation and aid, and also take part as sponsorship), physical facility (toilet, parking area, casher facility), service (before shopping, after shopping facilitiy and additional services), and employee (by giving the education and job training). Relate to that, it is needed to conduct the research about retailing mix and the influence toward the department store image. The using technique in data collection in this research is questionare (the respondent taken is 100 persons who are the attendant of Ramayana Department Store), interview whit the company parties and on site observation. In this research, the writer uses regression. After that all data is analyze, could be known the picture that generally the retailing mix implementation of Ramayana Department Store Jambi Town has been in good condition.
