Satisfaction of BPJS users often be ignored when people get servise in the hospital of Puskesmas. This research uses coresional research design with cross sectional technique which its purpose is to identificate relationship between service quality of community healt center with BPJS patient satisfaction. Population of this research is BPJS patients in general clinic out patient of Puskesmas Sumberjambe Jember by sample from 35 respondents. The technique of taking sample is purposiv sampling. The result of the research shows quality of community healt center service from 29 respondents (82,9%) states good, 5 respondents (14,3%) states good enough, and 1 respondent (2,9%) less good, for BPJS patient service, it is inceluded 23 respondents (65,7%) states very satisfied, 12 respondents (34,3%) states satisfied. The result of spearman rank statistic signification level 0,00 which its meaning is ther?s a relationship between service quality of community healt center with patient saticfaction level in general clinik out patient of Puskesmas Sumberjambe Jember. A better service quality will lead a patient saticfaction to for the service. Hopefully, the staff especially nurses are able to give a good service, there?s no difference between patients and always ready to response every complaint according to the patients needy.} }
