This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and communication styles on the performance of village-owned enterprises (BUMDES) in Cangkring Village, Jenggawah District, Jember Regency. This type of research is quantitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires to 32 respondents with census techniques. Analyticl tools used in this research are: test validity, reliability test, assumptions of the classical test, T test, and R2. The first hypothesis test results (H1) indicate that there is a significant influence between leadership style against employee performance with the significance level of 0,026 (p<0,05) for the scound hypothesis (H2) show that there is a significant influence between the communications against employee performance whit the significance level of 0,034 (p<0,05). Thus it can be neglected that the independent variables (X1, X2) together with the related variable (Y) employee performance at Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Cangkring Village, Jenggawah District, Jember Regency.
