This study aims (1) to find out the added value resulting from bananas into banana roll sale in the home industry in Mertasari Village, and (2) to analyze the economic efficiency of banana roll sale business in the home industry in Mertasari Village. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method for sampling used in this study is the census method. The sample in this study was all of the banana roll sale business owners in Mertasari Village, amounting to 10. The results showed that first, the banana roll sale business at the home industry in Mertasari Village gave a positive value-added of Rp15,744/Kg, of which 78.02% of the value-added was received by the owner of the banana roll sale business and the remaining 21.98% was received by the direct workforce. Second, for the R/C analysis of the ratio of banana roll sale business in the home industry in Mertasari Village shows that the banana roll sale business has been efficient with an R/C ratio of 2.18. The implications related to the added value and economic efficiency of banana roll sale business in the home industry in Mertasari Village, should the owners of banana roll sale businesses should be better able to reduce production costs and more efficient in the use of production factors so that the added value generated is higher and the income received by business owners becomes greater.} }
