SEBAGAI ANTIBAKTERI DARI PERAIRAN TANJUNG API-API, SUMATERA SELATAN}, year={2019}, url={https://repository.unsri.ac.id/10112/}, abstract={Mangrove have several compounds that can be used as antibacterial,one of them is R. apiculata. Samples of R.apiculata were taken from Tanjung Api-api, Banyuasin District, South Sumatra. The purposes of this study was determine the potential of R. apiculata bioactive compounds as antibacterialand determine (MIC) minimum inhibitory concentration of mangrove extract againt E.coli and S. aureus bacteria. This research method includes sampling mangrove parts of roots, stems and roots, drying and griding,maceration and extraction used methanol solvent, antibacterial and MIC bioactivity test and data analysis using Honestly Significant Difference (HSD). The results showed that mangrove R.apiculata had the highest antibacterial aktivity for the bacteria E.coli about 23,9 ± 21,3 mm while the S.aureus bacteria have an antibacterial activity about 14 ± 10,8 mm. MIC was only show in the all extracts of R. apiculata with concentration of 250 ppm against E. coli ranged from 6,08 ± 6,01 mm and concentration 2000 ppm stem 6,11 mm.} }
