The physical quality of feed is the basic nature of feed, so that by knowing the physical properties of feed it can know the maximum limit of feed storage in industrial warehouses, so that the feed to be distributed until it is in the hands of farmers still has good nutritional quality. This study aims to study the physical quality of Indigofera pellets with different pellet formula compositions. The main ingredients of the Indigofera pellet making consist of Indigofera leaf flour, bran and premix minerals. This research was conducted at the Animal Nutrition and Food Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Study Program, Department of Animal Husbandry and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University in October 2018. Treatment consisted of P0 (75% Indigofera zollingeriana leaf flour + 24% bran + 1% premix) and P1 (50% Indigofera zollingeriana leaf flour + 49% bran + 1% premix). The parameters observed in this study include specific gravity, stack density and stack compaction density. The results of this study indicate that the treatment has a significant effect (P <0.05) on density, pile density and pile compaction density. The conclusion of this study is that pellets with different formula compositions in treatment P1 showed the best results covering 50% Indigofera zollingeriana leaf flour + 49% bran + 1% premix with average value of specific gravity 1.4 g ml-3, stack density 225.8 g ml-3 and stack compaction density 243.4 g ml-3.} }
