The sampel of this research is 75 respondents using purposive method, namely the sample is based on certain criteria. The criteria in this study are employees who have divisions at PT Timah (Persero) Tbk taken from the HR, CSR, and Accounting division. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is sample linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that job insecurity has a significant affect on turnover intention in employees of PT Timah (Persero) Tbk Pangkal Pinang Bangka Belitung.} }
