		abstract={This study aims to examine the decision of civil servants in Lahat District to migrate commuters. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through interviews using questionnaires submitted to 160 State Civil Apparatus (SCA) of Lahat Regency who carry out interregional mobility movements, while secondary data is obtained from the Human Resources Personnel and Development Agency (HRPDA) of Lahat Regency with Binary Logistic Regression analysis techniques. The results showed that wages had a negative effect; Education, distance and property owned have a positive influence on commuter migration decisions, while SCA Gol III and Gol IV and SCA men have a greater chance of migrating compared to SCA Perempuan and SCA Gol others.}
