This type of research is a Classroom Action Research conducted two cycles. Each cycle includes four stages: planning, execution, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in SD Negeri 24 Palembang Technique of collecting data used is written test in the form of 10 description problem and observation sheet to observe teacher and student. The result of the research shows the students 'understanding in the matter of the concept of multiplication of the number of students in the first cycle of 53.57% and in the second cycle increased with the percentage of students' learning completeness reached 89.28%. Based on these data it can be concluded that by using concrete aids can improve students understanding in the concept of multiplication material of counting number in class 2 SD Negeri 24 Palembang.} }
