		abstract={Software house is a company that sells services for creating or developing applications, the quality of a programmer is an important factor in the success of an application project. In the programmer recruitment process, a programmer will be assessed based on predetermined criteria which will then be calculated as the final score of a programmer candidate, the programmer candidate with the highest final score is the candidate with the best quality. This study aims to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process method in determining the weight of the assessment criteria and determining the best programmer candidate to be selected. Development of a Decision Support System that applies the Analytical Hierarchy Process method in determining the final value of candidates can assist human resources in determining the best programmer candidates to be recruited by companies.}
