		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on  Work Productivity of Production Department Employees at PT Krakatau Posco  Energy Cilegon. The population in this study, namely the production division of PT Krakatau Posco Energy Cilegon, used 40 respondents using a random sampling technique. The data collection method used in this study uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and t test. By using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 25. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Work Productivity in the Production Department at PT Krakatau Posco Energy Cilegon has a positive and significant effect.}
