In bridge infrastructure development projects, workers tend to work at higher areas so that they are directly exposed to the sun's radiant heat without any obstructions. High heat stress in the work area can increase the risk of dehydration. This study aims to analyze the correlation between a hot working climate and the level of dehydration in construction workers in Kayu Agung-Palembang-Betung Toll Musi Bridge Project Section II. The study used a cross-sectional design with the Lemeshow Stanley calculation method to determine the minimum sample size, which then used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 72 workers. Data collection was carried out through interviews, measurements, and observations with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires, Heat Stress Monitor type HD 32.2, Reagent Strips, and bathroom scales. The results showed that there was a correlation between a hot working climate and the level of dehydration. Other factors correlated to the level of dehydration are age, drinking consumption, and workload. Meanwhile, those that were no correlated to the degree of dehydration were years of service and work clothes. It can be concluded that the higher the measurement results of a hot working climate, the higher the number of workers who experience dehydration in Kayu Agung-Palembang-Betung Toll Musi Bridge Project Section II.} }
