The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of fire-emergency response systems at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk Factory of Baturaja I. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews, observations and document research from 4 key informans and 16 informans were selected from purposive sampling. Validity test used triangulation sources, methods, data and compare them with Government Regulations and Indonesian National Standards. The results of the study showed that PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The factory of Baturaja 1 has owned procedures, organizations, personnels and trainees of response emergency considered to regulatory standards. Emergency protection in the form of alarms, detectors, APAR, fire hydrant, and means of live saving included evacuation routes, exit directions, emergency stairs and point obtained avarage scores above 80% were categorized as good conditions. The trainer responses emergency was just given to employees, found detector in an abnormal condition, there was no sprinkler in the office, hydrant did not completed with the use of construction, all the benefits of emergency materials that can reduce the quality of the cement and can be seen outside of the cement dust. Based on the research, it could be concluded that the implementation of fire emergency response systems at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Factory of Baturaja 1 hasbeen carried out but training considered to be emergency given to the entire manufacturing plant, fulfillment of fire protection and housekeeping programs toward all safety hazards increased.} }
