Concrete in use at a particular location was also vulnerable to Chemical and environmental attack. Therefore we need additional material in the concrete mixture. Glass powder and fly ash are additives that contain material that can bind with the help of water and speed up concrete hardening. This research will discuss the influence of the addition of glass powder and fly ash as a partial replacement for cement in concrete mix with water cement ratio of 0.6 and the percentage replacement of cement by glass powder 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% and fly ash 0%, 5%, and 10% of the compressive strength of concrete is molded to the shape of a cylinder diameter of 15 cm and height 30 cm, then soaked in plain water and water containing sulfate. Soaking age at 7, 21, and 28 days. The results show, that concrete immersed with plain water and water containing sulfate has the highest compressive strength of substituted concrete with 5% glass powder and 5% fly ash with a value of 25.97 MPa at 28 days of usual water immersion. In addition, the sulfate immersion resulted in a decrease in the compressive strength of concrete. The decrease in compressive strength of concrete smallest occurred in 5% powdered glass and 10% fly ash of 1.17% at 28 days. It can be concluded, despite growing percentage of glass powder and fly ash in concrete, it can decrease the compressive strength of concrete, but the sulfate is not significant enough to affect the compressive strength of concrete} }
