The applied voltage is 220, 500, and 1000 V. This study used an electrode system in the form of copper tape, which was glued to both sides of the sample with a distance of 5 mm. The sample used was silicone rubber sheets with a size of 50 x 25 mm. The test results obtained leakage current values without plasma exposure of 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, and 300 seconds.The test results showed that there was an increase in the dielectric strength of the SiR sample treated with plasma for 30 seconds, where the contact angle and leakage current values were getting smaller, indicating that the dielectric strength of the SiR sample was increasing. However, in samples 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, and 300 seconds, the contact angle and leakage current values increased, which indicated that the dielectric strength of the SiR samples decreased. This is possible because the SiR samples exposed to plasma have exceeded the saturation point of exposure to the plasma itself. Keywords: Insulator, Silicone Rubber, Contact Angle, Plasma} }
