In order to solve the problem, there needs to be an implementation of processing technology such as fermentation and absorbent. The absorption method is better than the drying method, processing blood flour with absorption technology can speed up the drying process and does not damage the nutritional composition in the blood. Lactobacillus plantarum was chosen because the fermentation process time is faster than other inoculants. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of giving blood meal with absorbent fermented Lactobacillus plantarum in goat feed on the digestibility of fiber fractions by in vivo. This research was conducted from August until November 2022 at the Experimental Cages of the Animal Science Study Program of Animal Science and at the Laboratory of Livestock Nutrition and Feed, Study Program of Animal Science, Department of Animal Science Technology and Industry of Sriwijaya University. This study used the in vivo method with blood, Lactobacillus plantarum bacteria, Asystasia gangetica grass, and concentrate consisting of corn, rice bran, tofu dregs, molasses, mineral, salts and urea. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments consisted of: P0 (control), P1 (giving 25% fermented absorption blood meal), P2 (giving 50% fermented absorption blood meal). The observed variables included the digestibility of Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF), the digestibility of Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF), the digestibility of cellulose and the digestibility of hemicellulose which was carried out in vivo. The results showed that the treatment had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the digestibility of Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) and the digestibility of Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF) and had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the digestibility of cellulose and hemicellulose. Conclusion In this study, it was found that administration of blood meal with absorbent rice bran fermented by Lactobacillus plantarum bacteria with a composition of 25% showed a tendency for the digestibility of NDF, ADF, cellulose and hemicellulose. Digestibility values of blood meal with rice bran absorbent fermented by Lactobacillus plantarum bacteria with a composition of 25% were NDF digestibility 57.48%, ADF digestibility 50.51% cellulose digestibility 60.29% and hemicellulose digestibility 80.86%. .
