If the lack of FSH hormone in the estrous cycle will cause the symptoms of lambing in livestock less visible, so one of the physiological status of reproductive disorders caused by hormonal disorders is the case of delayed ovulation. Delayed ovulation is a condition where ovulation occurs not on time. The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration of FSH in crossbreed cows that experience delayed ovulation. The samples used were 2 (two) Simmental crossbreed cows diagnosed with delayed ovulation owned by farmers in East OKU district. Estrus intensity was observed during estrus until the end of estrus by looking at follicular development with ultrasound (ultrasonography). FSH concentration was analyzed by ELISA during estrus. The results showed FSH levels in Simmental crossbreed cows starting from the 2nd day before estrus to the 6 day after the first estrus (day 0) consecutively: 2.75 mIU/ml; 2.75 mIU/ml; 2.65 mIU/ml; 2.29 mIU/ml; 1.88 mIU/ml; 2.45 mIU/ml; 2.6 ng/ml; 2.7 mIU/ml and 2.9 mIU/ml. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simmental breeding cows that experience delayed ovulation that causes estrus duration for 3 days show sequential FSH levels in cows which are 2.65 mIU/ml, 2.29 mIU/ml, and 1.88 mIU/ml, and FSH concentration in cows that experience delayed ovulation is smaller than normal cows.} }
