This treatment was conducted in September until October 2022 in Sipatuhu Village, Banding Agung District, South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra. The method used was a Factorial Randomized Block Design (FRGD) with two research factors, namely coffee storage age (A) and cylinder rotation speed (B) with three levels of treatment and each treatment combination was repeated three times. The parameters of the study were working capacity, percentage of totally de-shelled beans, percentage of damaged beans, percentage of incompletely-peeled coffee beans, percentage of whole coffee cherries, moisture content of coffee cherries, and fuel consumption. The highest work capacity value was found in the A3B3 combination (storage age of 14 days, cylinder rotational speed of ±2200 rpm), namely 181.54 kg/hour. Percentage of seeds totally removed from fruit pulp from horn skin was obtained from the A2B3 treatment combination (storage age 7 days and cylinder rotation speed ±2200 rpm) of 25%. The highest percentage of damaged seeds was obtained from the A1B1 combination (0 day storage and ±1800 rpm cylinder rotational speed) of 2,3%. Percentage of seeds not completely peeled from the fruit flesh was obtained from the A1B1 treatment combination (0 day storage age and ±1800 rpm cylinder rotational speed) of 39,43%. The highest percentage of intact coffee cherries was obtained from the A2B1 combination (storage age 7 days and cylinder rotational speed ±1800 rpm) of 13,7%.} }
