The research problem discusses the quality of elderly posyandu services in influencing the health behavior of the elderly population. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of the quality of services in the elderly Posyandu on the health behavior of the elderly population. The research method used is quantitative with comparative causal type. This study uses the theory of the SERVQUAL model by Fowdar and the theory of health behavior by Soekidjo Notoadmodjo. Data was obtained through a questionnaire filled out by 180 respondents. The results showed that of the seven dimensions of the service quality of the elderly posyandu, there were two dimensions of the quality of the elderly posyandu which had a significant influence on the health behavior of the elderly population including the dimensions of empathy and the dimensions of core medical services, while those that did not have a significant effect on the health behavior of the elderly included reliability, responsiveness , assurance, tangibles, and professionalism. In addition, there are two dimensions of the quality of elderly posyandu services that have a significant influence on treatment-seeking behavior of the elderly population, including the tangibles dimensions, and the dimensions of core medical outcomes, while those that do not have a significant effect on treatment-seeking behavior include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and professionalism.
