Vermicompos is a mixture of earthworm with the rest of the media in the cultivation of earthworms. The research was conducted in the Experimental Garden of the Agricultural Faculty of Sriwijaya University and the soil analysis cast was conducted in the Laboratory of Chemistry, Biology and Soil Fertility at Soil Science Department, Faculty of Agriculture Sriwijaya University from September to December 2017. The method used in this research is Randomized Block Design with 6 treatments, and 4 replications so that there are 24 plot experiments. 1m x 2m experimental plot. The results showed that vermicompost administration gave the highest yield at pH (4,64), and was able to increase total Nitrogen and Kalium can be change of soil while in increasing P-available final soil with best dose ie 100% vermicompost and 0% N, P, K. As well as the dosage of 25% N, P, K and 75% vermicomposts can have a significant effect on the height of red spinach plants and can provide a wet weight average of 1550 g with the best treatment to increase wet weight and dry weight in the treatment of 25 % N, P, K and 75% vermicompost on ultisol.} }
