The method used in this research was completely randomized design (CRD) with eight treatment and three replications, so there are 24 pots of treatment. The parameters observed were pH (H2O) at time intervals of 7 days, Al-dd and SiO2 after 30 days of incubation. The results of this research show that coal fly ash and agricultural lime significantly affect soil pH compared with untreated. The LSD at the level of 5% of the soil pH show that KAP-3 is the best dose. Results of regression test of exchangeable-Al after 30 days of incubation show that coal fly ash affect exchangeable-Al Ultisol as much as 50,7 %, while the agricultural lime affect exchangeable-Al Ultisol as much as 77,14 %. Results of regression test of SiO2 after 30 days of incubation show that coal fly ash affect SiO2 as much as 3,81 %, while the agricultural lime affect SiO2 as much as 42,07%.} }
