An anthracnose disease caused by the Colletotrichum fungus on green beans. The objectives of this research were to determine development of Colletotrichum anthracnose disease in beans from different inoculum sources.This research has been conducted in Pests and Plant Diseases Laboratory, University of Sriwijaya.The research showed that the rate of symptom occurrence of spotting was different when the incubation period was the fastest from the source of the cayenne inoculum for 3 HSI and the late of the green pepper for 4.5 HSI.Observation result of observed spotting size showed that the largest spotting size was obtained from the red chili inoculum source ie 11.18 mm and the smallest was obtained from the chili inoculum source ie 7.15 mm.While on observation of the highest amount of aservulus occurred on the type of green chili 10.74 and the least amount of aservulus on the type of cayenne pepper 4.21. On the observation of the amount of conidia from the result of different inoculum sources in the most can occur on the type of green chili 1.56 and the least amount of conidia on the cayenne pepper is 0.68.} }
