Information Technology Governance in the PKBL Information System application requires an audit to assessment capability and recommendations compile to Information Technology governance as application unit of PKBL information system has never been do capability assesment which has applied from the side achieving the goals and the value of IT governance and IT management. The audit standards used is COBIT 5. The selected COBIT 5 domain is Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) which focus an assessment of IT services and support of business process goals include problem management and business processes forward.
