		abstract={The study was entitled "The Development of an E-Module Based on an Android Application in the materials about history of Ogan Komering Ilir during the Japanese occupation in the eleventh grade of SMAN 1 of Teluk Gelam, OKI". The research aims to produce a valid and effective e-module based on an android application for SMAN 1 Teluk Gelam. This research is developmental study using the ADDIE model which covers; Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The teaching materials are validated by three experts that are humanist, media expert validator, and instructional designer. The result of this material validation is 4.00 in the valid category. The result of media validation is 4.30 in a very valid category. The result of instructional design is 4.20 in a valid category. The average results of the validity test are 4.16 in the valid category. Field test results obtained a N-gain value of 0.62 with moderate rate effectiveness. Based on data found that e-module based on an android application in the materials about history of the Ogan Komering Ilir during the Japanese occupation are shown valid and effective.}
