		abstract={This Research discusses the management program grebek of the Palembang TV 2018 development program implemented by the management of Palembang TV. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with aim to describe all conditions, situations and social phenomena that happened in the society. Data collection methods used are in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. In this study, researchers wanted to identify and describe the things that happened to the management program grebek of the Palembang TV in the program planning stage, program production, program execution, and program evaluation. The results of the study show that the management program grebek of the Palembang TV has done program management quite well, marked by getting the best rating and share among other programs in Palembang TV.}
