This study aims to determine the catchment area boundaries for river flood locations, determine the planned water flow for each period, analyze the existing capacity of drainage using the HEC-RAS application, and model alternative solutions to flood problems. This study used primary data obtained from field observations and secondary data in the form of rainfall data and spatial data. The data analysis methods used are hydrological analysis to calculate plan discharge using the ABM method, and hydraulic analysis using the HEC-RAS application. Furthermore, the percentage of flow area reduction is calculated based on the results of hydraulic analysis and modeling alternative solutions to flood problems by normalization for each river using a uniform cross section. From the questionnaire survey conducted, it was found that flooding occurred in the Aur watershed, Kepur watershed, and Pelawaran watershed. From hydrological analysis, the largest planned discharge in the Pelawaran watershed for the 100-year return period was 87,836 m3/second. From modeling the HEC-RAS application, the largest flow area occurred in the Pelawaran watershed for a 100-year anniversary period of 6538.55 m2. Based on percentage calculation the largest percentage of flow area reduction occurred in the Aur watershed for the 2-year return period of 79.09%.} }
