		abstract={PT. Sumatera Prima Fibreboard was a private company engaged in the industry, which produced Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) that had been compacted with resin. The Department of Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) has a lot of knowledge that is often used regularly during training. But the variety of existing knowledge at PT. Sumatera Prima Fibreboard has not integrated each other. as a consequence the process of searching desirable knowledge is still relatively slow. This research offers a Knowledge Management System which can cope the problems that related searching the existing knowledge. The method of development system in this research is the 10-Step Knowledge Management Roadmap by Amrit Tiwana (1999), meanwhile the method of searching knowledge is String Matching with Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm. The result of this research is existence of Knowledge Management System which can help HRGA department to be able to document, search, and share their knowledge so that can create a new competitive knowledge and increase the effectiveness of realization of education and training which related in learning.}
