		abstract={Roads are land transportation that is very important in facilitating economic relations activities and other social activities. The transportation system as a system consisting of facilities and infrastructure and a service system that allows movement throughout the region  so that the mobility of the population is accommodated and the movement of goods is smooth, in order to slow down the rate of decline in conditions and maintain conditions at a reasonable level, the road needs to be managed properly so that it can function all the time according to its characteristics, the road has a tendency to experience a decline in condition which is indicated by the occurrence of damage.  on the pavement.  The uekuli-ampana road, Tojo Una-Una Regency can be said to be a road that connects the regions, therefore road maintenance needs to be carried out properly and on target.  Road maintenance can be influenced by various factors such as traffic volume factors, road conditions factors, road classification factors according to function, economic factors and policy factors.  And the factors that cause road damage are functional and structural damage, as well as factors that affect the performance of road pavements are, environment, subgrade, material, traffic, design and maintenance, therefore the purpose of this study is to identify what factors affect road maintenance in Tojo Regency.  Una-Una.  Data analysis used descriptive statistics, Relative Rank Index (RRI).  Based on the results of the study, it is shown that the order of factors that affect the maintenance of the Uekuli-Ampana road section in Tojo Una-una Regency is obtained, namely Economic Factors with the first highest RRI value of 0.960, Policy Factors with the second highest RRI value of 0.927, Traffic volume factor  with the third highest RRI value of 0.927, Road Condition Factors with the fourth highest value of 0.793, road classification factors according to the function with the fifth highest RRI value is 0.793.  In order to improve road maintenance in Tojo Una Regency, apart from economic factors which have the highest RRI value, in this case, it is necessary to carry out a more detailed identification of damage and proper implementation according to the plan, targeted maintenance can have a very good impact on the community.
