		abstract={Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Widya Mandira Catholic University (UNWIRA) is the agency that manages the research activities and community service performed by academics UNWIRA. Research data and dedication management continues to be managed manually using Microsoft Excel and Word applications, and documents are submitted by a lecturer who invites directly to LPPM. This is less effective because it costs time and effort.
To overcome the problem above, it is necessary to build an application form information system data management research and services in LPPM UNWIRA Web- based to facilitate the process of data management of employees LPPM, facilitate the process of sending files proposals, progress reports, final reports of research and the commitment of lecturers UNWIRA to LPPM, and facilitate the examiner to give the assessment and response for proposal and report sent by faculty. This information system consists of a PHP programming language and a MySQL database with Waterfall method.
The results of this study are a Data Management Information System research and services in LPPM UNWIRA Web-based help users including LPPM employees who act as administrators, lecturers and critics data research and service quickly and accurately in the management.}
