Dengan demikian mereka memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka. Namun minimnya komitmen organisasi menjadi masalah di dalam Yayasan ini. Komitmen organisasi merupakan hal yang penting untuk mewujudkan Visi dan Misi. Komitmen organisasi itu sendiri dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, seperti self-efficacy, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara self-efficacy, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi bagi karyawan Yayasan Tunas Mulia Adi Perkasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Yayasan Tunas Mulia Adi Perkasa dengan jumlah 30 orang. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan datanya, menggunakan bantuan SmartPLS untuk uji coba instrumen penelitian dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa (1) Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja, (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja, (3) self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi / The majority of the employees where the research took place were the locals of Dusun Koko – Flores, NTT. The employees were trained and their competencies had been developed. Therefore, they had the same opportunities to improve their quality of lives. However, their lack of commitment had caused problems within the organization whereas commitments were crucial in order to embody the company vision and mission. Commitments could be influenced by self-efficacy, organizational culture, and work motivation. Thus, to analyze the problems occured in the company, a research was conducted to see whether or not self-efficacy, organizational culture, and work motivations had effects on the organizational commitments in Yayasan Tunas Mulia Adi Perkasa. The method used in this research was quantitative research by using path analysis method. The research subjects were the 30 employees who worked for the Foundation. The instruments and the data in this research were analysed by using SmartPLS. In this research, it was found that (1) self-efficacy had positive effects on work motivation (2) organizational culture had positive effects on work motivation(3) self-efficacy had positive effects on organizational commitments, (4) organizational culture had positive effects on organizational commitments, and working motivation had positive effects on organizational commitments} }
