		abstract={This research was conducted at PT Industri Karet Deli Medan. In this study, to examine the impact of Incentives towards Employee Performance at PT Industri Karet Deli Medan. The theory used in this study relates to family business, entrepreneurship, incentives and employee performance. This research was conducted in the month of January 2020 – May 2020. Data analysis tool is SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The population is employees at PT. Industri Karet Deli Medan in 2020, namely as many as 146 employees. This study used simple random sampling technique, the sample of this research is 107 employees at PT. Industri Karet Deli Medan. The result of the partial test is incentives impact on employee performance at PT Industri Karet Deli Medan. The Determination Coefficient Test results obtained R square value of 0.354, this means 35,4% of the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) which can be explained by the independent variable Incentive (X) while the remaining 64,6% is explained by other variables which was not used in this study The results of T Test can be explained that tcount (7,585) > ttable (1,983) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, namely: Incentive has impact towards employee performance at PT Industri Karet Deli Medan. The conclusion in this study that there is an impact of Incentives towards employee performance at PT Industri Karet Deli Medan. / Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Industri Karet Deli Medan. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk menguji dampak insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Industri Karet Deli Medan. Teori yang digunakan berkaitan dengan bisnis keluarga, kewirausahaan, insentif dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2020 - Mei 2020. Alat analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS (Solusi Produk dan Layanan Statistik). Populasi adalah karyawan di PT. Industri Karet Deli Medan pada tahun 2020, yaitu sebanyak 146 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sampel penelitian ini adalah 107 karyawan di PT. Industri Karet Deli Medan. Hasil uji parsial dapat dijelaskan dampak insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Industri Karet Deli Medan. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,354, ini berarti 35,4% dari variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan (Y) yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen Insentif (X) sedangkan sisanya 64,6% dijelaskan oleh lainnya variabel yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini Hasil Uji T dapat dijelaskan bahwa thitung (7,585)> ttabel (1,983) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yaitu: Insentif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Industri Karet Deli Medan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa ada pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Industri Karet Deli Medan.}
