Changes in learning methods provide convenience, but on the other hand, it has a bad impact, namely eye fatigue. Several factors that affect eye fatigue are individual factors, occupational factors, and environmental factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between distance learning and eye fatigue in UPN Veteran Jakarta students. This research was conducted from October 2020 to January 2021. This research is a quantitative analytic study, using a cross-sectional design. Sampling used a proportionate random sampling technique. The sample was 386 students and the statistical test used was the Chi-Square test with a signification of 0.05. Based on the research results showed that 91.2% has experienced eye fatigue. The results of bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between eye rest (p-value = 0.039), length of time to use electronic devices (p-value = 0.000), distance of electronic devices (p-value = 0.026) and credits load (p-value = 0.034). It is recommended for students to do prevention of eye fatigue with the 20-20-20 rule, activate the eye protector, use anti-glare, and have regular eye health checks.} }
