		abstract={The purpose of the research was to find out students? speaking skill in
describing people in sport and health education at second semester students of
sport and health education in university of Pasir Pengaraian.
 In analyzing the data researcher used the components of speaking such as:
pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension.
 The method used is quantitative research design. The instrument used is a
speaking test. The population of the research was second semester students? sport
and health education. The sample of this research were 37 students.
 Based on the result of analysis, the researcher found 1 student (2%) had
good score, 17 students (46%) had average score, and 19 students (51%) had fair
score. It means that the score of students speaking skill in describing people was
Fair level. It caused, mispronunciation of words(body, eyes, nose and color)
messy grammar, lack vocabulary, fluency is slow, and comprehension only a
little and very simple.}
