If the performance / agricultural extension services provided by Field Agriculture Extension in the Lenteng District are below the expectations desired by rice farmers, then farmers will feel dissatisfied. Conversely, if the extension services / services are carried out appropriately, regularly, consistently, and in accordance with the desired expectations, the rice farmers will be satisfied, which in turn can improve the quality of the performance of agricultural extension workers and the welfare of farmers. The objectives of this study are: 1) to identify the level of performance of Field Agricultural Extension Workers (manifestation, reliability, alertness, certainty, empathy) according to rice farmers in the Lenteng District area; 2) identify the level of satisfaction felt by rice farmers on the performance of Field Agriculture Extension in the Lenteng District. Determination of the sample was done by purposive sampling (30 farmer groups were selected with 90 respondents), sample farmer groups were determined using judgment sampling techniques, namely farmer groups that carried out rice farming and were active farmer groups. Data collection in research uses questionnaires and data analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that rice farmers in Lenteng District were satisfied with the performance / extension services of pertanin and Field Agriculture Extension (PPL) must concentrate their performance on 4 (four) types of extension services, namely: 1) direct practice / demotration in the field, 2) efforts facilities and infrastructure for rice cultivation, 3) preparation of plans for rice cultivation activities and 4) delivery of capital information and business opportunities for rice cultivation.
