		abstract={This study aims to find out the impact on sandwich generation, age, education, husband?s education and household expenses to female labor participation in Jambi Ptovince. The research location is in Jambi Province. The subject of this study is married women age 15 years old and over in Jambi Province. The urgency of this study is because the female labor participation rate in Jambi Province is so much lower if compared to male. Therefore, this study is investigating the variables that might be the cause of the problems. Type and source of data in this study is secondary data from National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) 2019. Data analysis method used in this study is Binary Logistic Regression. The result of this study is simultaneosly, all of the variables have significant effect, including sandwich generation, age, education, husband?s education, and household expenses. Moreover, age, education, and household expenses partially have significant effect. Otherwise, sandwich generation and husband?s education do not have a significant effect on female labor participation in Jambi Province.}
