The main objectives is as a literature review by analyzing and providing solutions to the findings of Inhibiting Factors. The results of the Literature Review study found that the main factor in the inadequacy of the claim files was by the BPJS Health Regulations Number 7 of 2018 and Permenkes No. 27&28 of 2014, even the latest and there is no clear SOP and Job Description in several hospitals regarding the process of submitting claims and coding diagnosis, completeness of medical resumes as a condition for submitting claim files through BPJS claim verifiers and good knowledge and communication between all service units involved in submitting BPJS Health claims. The RMIK system that has not been integrated with the WIFI network is slow and lacks motivation from the leadership as well the existence of a BPJS team in each unit accompanied by a supervisory team for the RMIK process. Researchers suggest improvements to all hospitals to evaluate staff performance improvements and all findings of inhibiting factors in the BPJS claim submission process and discipline in completing claim files submitted to the BPJS verifier, it is hoped that further researchers can examine the impact review literature verifier officer from BPJS and not yet received the liquid funds back from unclaims.} }
