Abstract :
The use of solar power plant has experienced an increase in each year so that the price of photovoltaic modules to compete economically. In indonesia, the solar power plant (PLTS) reached 77 Mwp total. Still far from the target of a total of 2017 EBT mix of 11%. When the solar potential is very good about 4.80 kWh/m2/day. In Sangatta, solar potential until 5.06 kWh/m2/day because it is located above the equator. Government building Sangatta rarely found PLTS at the roof. The planning of the Agency's Income in rooftop PLTS Areas (Bapenda) UPTB Kutim in East Kalimantan, according to the Presidential Regulation number 22 year 2017 imposes the obligation of utilization of solar cells to a minimum of 30% of the vast roof for all government buildings. Then, the planning of the PLTS discuss grid from rooftop on technical aspects, energy yield, cost aspects and influences of PLTS in reducing electricity consumption from PLN.
