Abstract :
In electrical power system, protection system is an imperative part. Damages in protection system will lead to damages in electrical devices. Then, this will lead to electrical equipments, relatively long blackout and disturbing supplying process of electrical power or production process of consumers. Distribution system interferences in general is a 3-phase, 2-phase, 2-phase to ground and 1-phase to ground short circuit. These short circuit interferences can cause a generation of short circuit current with its duration depends on existing relay setting. This thesis will talk about coordinated protection of overcurrent relay and phase to ground fault between incoming and outgoing transformer in Lembur Situ Substation, to achieve high reliability, to be able to minimize the impacts of interferences and to minimize the damage that could apply to the devices. Result of coordination between OCR and GFR with outgoing OCR TMS value of 0,15. Whilst incoming OCR having TMS value of 0,177. Futhermore, the outgoing GFR having TMS with value 0,11. Meanwhile, the incoming GFR having TMS with value of 0,279.
