Abstract :
Considerate of cost and time control is expected to implementate of the project accordance with the planned time, one of the method is value analysis results (Earned Value). Value analysis of the results is used in order to estimate (forecasting) the extent project is carried out in accordance with the work plan. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of EVA (Earned Value Analysis) through the calculation of CPI (Cost Performance Index) and SPI (Schedule Performance Index) project and estimate the final time and cost of the project, as well as the steps can be implemented the project. This resulted of project completion time that was not in accordance with the initial project or project plan is delayed, for the total project completion time as a result of the delay will be 1766 days with an estimated time of November 2020, where the planned is 1279 days and finish in September 2019 so it is worth the addition of approximately 14 months and the cost of adding 157% of the contract value. Measures that can be done to overcome the consequences such as Time Contract making by contractor, Complete the material faster, monitoring the implementation of construction work in intensive day, Increment of working hours, Added labor
