Abstract :
Production system of manufacture factory often occur an error in the production process. This is occurring due to jumping step process because operator of production machine error in the production line. Rapid technological such as programmable logic controller ( PLC ) have good contribution in the Indonesian automotive industrial. In this thesis. Author will discuss about design of pokayoke to decrease the jumping step occurred of production process using the PLC and the other electrical equipment.
