Abstract :
Late project execution may result in time losses. To restore the progress of the project to the original plan, it is necessary to accelerate the duration of project implementation. And the probability is used to find the possibility of project time can be completed on time. The purpose of this research is to know the process of PERT method in preparing the schedule / time of implementation of each type of work so it can be determined the time required to carry out the Construction work and know the probability of completion of the project must be removed. The results show that project completion takes 420 weeks. With probability that the project can be completed with the fastest time for 393 weeks with a probability of 0.18%, it can be delayed for 448 weeks with a probability of 99.95%, and most likely to be resolved for 420 weeks with a 50% probability.
