Abstract :
The reliability of electric power from the power generation to distribution both are must be needed by the customer and energy suppliers, especially PLN. To keep the system reliable, electricity power generation must be installed at protection system, one of them is at relay in generator. There will have some trouble in generator,electrical interference and mechanical interference. Error differential relays may lead to disruption of the distribution of electricity and it is unexpected but may also be happened. For the calculation of the setting must be correct and valid,so the errors can be avoided. In event of disruption in the security area, the relay will work and give a trip to the CB, so the continuity of electrical power can be maintained.
