Abstract :
The electrical power is distributed between substatrons or between power plant to substations using underground cable especially in town. When the cable is operated, it will produce heat which can increase the temperature of the cable itself and the temperature of the place around that cable was installed. This temperature must not exceed the allowed maximum temperature, which the value is determined by the isolation material.To maintain the temperature below the max temperature, then we install external cooling using the pipes which the water coolant flows inside it and it will be installed pararel with the cable. In this essay we will study about it.
