Abstract :
Power plant produce electrical energy will be distributed to consumers. Therefore, the power plant is expected to be in a condition which means can reliably provide continuous power with good quality. At the power plant are the use of the system itself, which is one of the factors that affect the survival of plant operation. At geothermat power plants Kamojang, there are two types of transformers used to supply its own power consumption, transformer 4 MVA, 11.8 / 6.3 kV and transformer 1.75 MVA, 6.3 kV / 400 V. Both the transformer is equipped with some of them over current relay / OCR and ground fault relay / GFR which is backup when main relay fails to work. Relay should not be carelessly sends a signal trip to the PMT, because the loss of the transformer from the system will greatly interfere with the operation of geothermal power plants. Relay also need to be coordinated in order to relay the work selectively, which can distinguish conditions in which to work and the conditions which should not work. In this paper will be carried out adjustment and coordination of over current relay / OCR and rele soil disturbance / GFR at transformer geothermal power plants Kamojang.
