Abstract :
Project acceleration can not be implemented without a good plan. The alternative that can be used to accelerate the project is by adding overtime, labor and heavy equipment. One of the most common methods used to analyze project acceleration is Time Cost Trade Off. Double ? Double Track Manggarai ? Jatinegara Project Development is selected for requests from the Owner to accelerate the completion of the project to pursue the delay of the time of the plan specified in the contract. The calculation begins by searching for a critical path using CPM. From the analysis cost results accelerate the duration of the project by overtime than the addition of labor and equipment and the costs incurred when the project is delayed and struck forfeit.
