Abstract :
Power transformers at substations and power stations have an important role in distributing power for electric power system. Therefore, reliable operation of power transformers should be on guard so that the continuity of electrical power supply is not interrupted. The conditions for the transformer should be inservice monitored so far as possible without any disturbance or damage to the transformer. This paper will discuss how the observational techniques of transformer condition is done inservice
